    Manage User Roles<\/h1>\n

    Support Genix > User Role Setting menu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


    There is an option to edit\/delete the user role. Also, you can create custom roles based on your requirement. Support Genix provides two roles by default. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Support Manager:<\/strong> Ability to manage all ticket, delete, restore, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Support Agent<\/strong>: Not able to delete\/Restore a ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


    You can click the icon from the role column and change the permission easily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n


    How to create new role?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    1. Click Add New <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      Add New Role<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

      2. Provide the Role Name, enable the option to make this role Support Agent, And keep the status ON<\/p>\n\n\n\n
