    Manage Ticket Category<\/h1>\n

    To organize your ticket, you should establish categories like “Support,” “Billing,” “Feature Request,” “PreSale Question,” and so on. Simply go to the Support Genix “Ticket Category” option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You may add, modify, and delete any category from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


    To add a new category, simply click add New and fill the form. You can create a category under another category. And keep this category status ON<\/p>\n\n\n\n
