    Email Notifications\/Templates<\/h1>\n

    We have 9 email templates to send to admin, ticket manager, ticket agent, and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SupportGenix Setting > Email Template<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


    Email Templates for Admin\/Agent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    • When ticket Assigned to him\/her.<\/li>
    • When a ticket has been created.<\/li>
    • When received a reply from the client.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      To Customers (Created by Email and Ticket Form)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      • When a ticket has been created.<\/li>
      • When the Support Agent replied to the ticket.<\/li>
      • When the ticket has been closed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        You can turn ON\/OFF, and edit these email notifications based on your requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n"}}
