With this integration, Support Genix allows you to display relevant documentation directly within the ticketing system. When a user types their issue in the Subject field of the ticket form, related articles from your knowledge base are automatically suggested. This integration enhances your customer support by helping users find answers quickly, reducing ticket volume, and ensuring timely assistance.

Steps to Enable BetterDocs Integration #
To enable BetterDocs integration with Support Genix, make sure that Support Genix pro edition is activated on your website.
Enable BetterDocs Integration #
Go to Support Genix > BetterDocs, turn on the Integration Switcher, and then click the Save button.
In the Suggested Docs Heading field, enter the heading you want to display at the top of the suggested documentation.
In the Number of Suggested Docs field, specify how many documentation items you want to appear in the suggested list.
By following this step, the suggested documentation will be displayed below the Subject field of the ticket creation form based on the issue typed into the Subject field.
Here, the user can easily view the suggested documentation based on their input directly from the ticket page.
