Manage Ticket Category
To organize your ticket, you should establish categories like “Support,” “Billing,” “Feature Request,” “PreSale Question,” and so on. Simply go to the Support Genix “Ticket Category” option.
Support Genix > Ticket Category
You may add, modify, and delete any category from there.
To add a new category, simply click add New and fill the form. You can create a category under another category. And keep this category status ON
