Support Genix > User Role Setting menu.

Click User Role

There is an option to edit/delete the user role. Also, you can create custom roles based on your requirement. Support Genix provides two roles by default.

Support Manager: Ability to manage all ticket, delete, restore, etc.

Support Agent: Not able to delete/Restore a ticket.

Go to the Delete Ticket Section
Go to the “Delete Ticket” Section

You can click the icon from the role column and change the permission easily.

How to create new role? #

  1. Click Add New

2. Provide the Role Name, enable the option to make this role Support Agent, And keep the status ON
