When You’ll Get a Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:

- Item support is not delivered as promised.
When You Won’t Get a Refund
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- You purchased the item by mistake.
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You lack the necessary skills to use the item.
- Issues caused by third-party plugins or scripts.
- Conflicts or compatibility issues with third-party addons/plugins/scripts.
- Your server limitations prevent the proper use of the item.
- The issue you reported is incorrect or inaccurate.
- Payments for upgrades or renewals.
- Automatic renewal payments.
Important Note for Auto Renewals
Refunds do not apply to renewal payments. We will notify you via email two weeks before your renewal date, allowing you ample time to cancel the subscription if you do not wish to continue.
How to Request a Refund
Before requesting a refund, you must:
- Contact us to inform us about the issue with the product.
- Allow our team up to 72 hours to resolve your issue.
If we cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours, a refund will be provided without further questions. Refunds cannot be processed unless you have first contacted us and waited for the specified 72-hour resolution period.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds typically take around 3-5 business days to be processed by our billing team. After approval, bank processing may take an additional 7-15 days. If the refund exceeds this timeframe, please contact us via our website or submit a support ticket.
